To whom It may concern,
I would like it to be made know that this is the second time I’ve needed to register my views on this subject to the FCC. I 
Have always thought of the internet as a Utility, and it should be obvious to regulators who have the public's best interest 
at heart that it should be scheduled as such. Title II regulations will ensure that every entrepreneur on the web will have
access to the same pool of consumers. As a person who works in retail sales, I can assure you that amazon and other online
Retailers have greatly impacted our business. The only way for our Brick and Mortar Store to compeat has been competitive 
pricing on our website. If these larger business are allowed to grab even more of the market, it will hurt the competitive pricing
of the vast online market, but it will also hurt Main Street America. And I implore you, as a consumer of the internet, do 
whats right for the people you represent, not for Comcast. It is known that no one likes how much control their isp has 
over them, please don’t give them more.  thank you
