Cell networks are not a good substitute for terrestrial broadband. Cell networks have very low data caps, which would cause an exorbitant cost for a child to watch daily educational videos, or really do anything above checking email. Many small businesses who our democracy seems to champions would struggle with a cellular only internet connection. Can you answer a phone call while using your data connection? Increased broadband speed and a decreased price of high speed service will help Americans start business our of their homes and expand.
