I, konner shea am filing a formal complaint due to net neturality. High speeds are important to Americans and data caps are important to cash grabs such as Comcast and Verizon. Cox Communications recently put a 1TB Data cap on my ultimate ulimited speeds. I use 2TB or more a month. as an American it is my right to disagree with political terms and conditions, data caps should not be allowed and the FCC should make everyone take them off. It's just a way to get people to use their TV instead of streaming TV. Welcome to 2017 US Government, the future is now. Change your ways and let the internet be free. It is a utility. It is not a toy. It is not to be altered. You cannot censor what we see, we can go around you. You are not the owner of the internet. We share the same world wide web as the entire World, this will affect many people including myself. I really hope you do something right. I have no hope in our government to change things.
