It's embarassing that the United States would sugggest 25Mbps/3Mbps is 'advanced telecommunications capability' when gigabit speeds are becomming commonplace in Asia and Scandanavia.  I do not understand how America can be made great by setting such low expectations on internet infrastructure.  We can do better.
