Hello,

As a taxpayingAamerican citizen I am for an open and free, level, non-throttled internet.

I believe that traffic from all users, whether they be massive powerful corporations, or a start-up in a garage- have fair and equal access to available bandwdith. 

I do not support the FCC rollback of net neutrality rules.
