Stating that 10 MbPS mobile Internet connectivity is the "same thing" as wired connectivity at 25 MbPS for FCC regulatory purposes is equivalent to saying, "Let's say a donkey and a horse are the same thing." Good luck winning the Triple Crown with a donkey (which we will now call, for regulatory purposes, a horse).

Please make America(n Internet) Great Again – promote broadband Internet access in a logical, consistent manner by categorizing "broadband" as 25MbPS upstream/3MbPS downstream communication rate, irrespective of communication media.  We finally beat Latvia’s average broadband speed, let’s see if FCC policy can get our average broadband speed to rank at least #5, so we can claim we are at least “greater than” Macau and Romania.
