I approve this merger. It will allow New T-Mobile to invest in broadband services in rural areas such as Maine which have been underserved despite the presence of smaller local carriers. T-Mobile's new spectrum assets will allow it to deploy fixed wireless and mobile 5G NR assets to rural areas of Maine that will connect communities that have been left out. Some areas are already benefiting from T-Mobiles Band 71 600 MHz 4G LTE rollout, providing LTE coverage to areas that were previously only served by Verizon & US Cellular. Currently, Spint's LTE footprint prevents it from competing on a national scale, and also prevents it from implementing VoLTE. Using T-Mobile's existing footprint, adding on to that Sprint's 2.5 GHz EBS/BRS, New T-Mobile will finally be able to compete with Verizon & AT&T who have long held a mojority. This will give rural customers enhanced access to a nationwide broadband network where they were either underserved or forced to choose from the duopoly. This will also leave room for a 4th carrier to take place as Sprint. Sprint cannot compete in it's current financial situation of liquidity and debt. Let the merger go through, to provide better rural coverage for everyday Americans! Thank you
