Provide proof that this will help the people and not the ISP and maybee you have a case. FACTS... All you are doing is giving more to the ceo's and making it so they can throttle internet instead of updating the infrastructure. While we are at it Data caps are bs and money grab as well.  Would like to see the data that justifies that too.  I always thought our government was supposed to help the people not the corporation but what do I know.
