Im a 19 year old who loves the internet and the ability to be able to freely communicate with people by doing this you'll be limiting the communication of people who
possibly dont have the money to pay for the fast internet. By limitinng the amount of conversation your stopping a whole river of new ideas and innovations that could 
let the human race better itself. And to think that companies wont limit people is moronic and shouldn't be servng in a CAPITALIST government.
