The freedom of the internet wholly depends on preventing the ISPs from putting in tiers of internet, which would prevent innovation and lessen new businesses from being able to provide services.
The restore internet freedom act does the opposite of what the name implies.  It allows ISPs to restrict traffic or slow down traffic it deems isn't worthy.  I can see this being a good thing for any republicon website, but for services people use, it will be disasterous.  Me personally, if my ISP starts restricting Remote desktop connections, or vpn connections, I will be unable to work, which would put me out of a job.  If I go out of a job, then I'd be forced to take social security benefits.  The same benefits that republicons hate.

So, do yourself a favor, and keep the internet safe.  Do not enact the 'internet freedom' act.
