I am virtually housebound and rely on the Internet for a variety of purposes throughout my day. Regulating it as a Title II treats it the way I and most other Americans actually USE and CONSUME the Internet and its content. I cannot think of anyone who upon moving into a new house declares, "Quick, call Comcast, we must have our carefully curated media content delivered immediately!" I *have* however been part of moves that included ensuring that broadband internet was hooked up and ready to go as soon as possible so that the residents could telecommute, could communicate with family and friends, could find out how to contact their government at all levels before using that same medium to actually do so. Internet is a utility. I urge you in the strongest possible terms to retain the current definition and regulatory teeth of Net Neutrality, and to keep it in force going forward. Respectfully submitted, Connie Boitano
