I am writing in strong support of the policy of net neutrality, which guarantees that internet service providers aren't allowed to manage my access to content on the internet. Increasingly, the internet is a utility like water or electricity, which I have the same access to as my neighbor, regardless of differences in our income. Eliminating net neutrality would allow large companies such as Comcast to slow down or stop certain content, make it creep or speed up as it served their interests. Among the many concerns I have with this possible practice, the largest is that it is not democratic.
