It's not a matter of anybody's guess. What would it be like if our interstate highway system were controlled by private businesses, with a mashup of tolls and roads of varying worth/quality/access? A nightmare? Maybe not completely, but it surely would restrict the free flow of traffic, read commerce, and that's not good for anyone. Keep the FCC rules for net neutrality in place or you are looking at that sort of future for what is surely our new super highway system, the Internet. It's bad enough that our nationally important Internet is mediated by private businesses rather than by our government (we the people), please do not make things even worse by deregulating it. The current net neutrality regulation is not only required for private benefit (commerce and communication), it is also a matter of national security. Our government failed us on 9/11, please don't do it again.
