I support net neutrality.  Service providers should not be allowed to restrict the free passage of information on the Internet.  Nor should the biggest providers be allowed to put smaller competitors at a disadvantage by throttling data passing to or from them, since this would unfairly limit competition and cut the choices available to consumers.
