Net Neutrality preserves up and coming business owners by allowing them an open, free space to reach out to the world and grow. Creatives - musicians, artists, and more, build communities around themselves and become popular through net neutrality. Net neutrality allows resumes and portfolios to be viewed, undeterred, by potential employers.  Net neutrality helps people succeed, net neutrality helps people grow, net neutrality helps new things build. Jobs, the economy, opportunities created by people who work hard to gain momentum through the web. To end net neutrality is to stifle possibilities, and feed into already successful corporations that don't need what they would gain by ending net neutrality.


Don't rob from people whose greatest opportunities lie within the free web. Protect net neutrality, protect the courageous, young, and inexperienced.

I don't have many suggestions for rules. Truly, that isn't my forte, but a good place to start is to know what it is you want to protect.
