Dear FCC, please do not impede American progress by putting a large segment of the US population at a global disadvantage.  Now is the time for government to incent corporations to invest in this critical infrastructure, as they wisely did during the early days of the electric grid - not back down and loosen requirements.  Let us be world leaders in technology and the fast transfer of knowledge and information across our nation.  Thank you.
