I oppose lowering the definition of what constitutes broadband. 25 Mbps down / 5 Mbps up should remain the minimum levels required to be called broadband. Reducing the standard will make measuring forward progress more difficult at best and disingenuous at worst. In an industry that has be exponentially increasing capabilities, it would ludicrous to lower the bar.
