I am in support net neutrality.  The internet has grown to become as important and useful at it is because of net neutrality. 
I favor ISP's being regulated under Title II, as I do not favor allowing companies to interfere with the traffic solely to increase their profits. 
The best place for net neutrality is under Title II. While the telecommunications has changed, much remains the same.
Most telephone calls now transit directly over the internet, and web addresses are simply
dynamic addresses similar to a telephone number. I can speak the word home to a cellular phone and it will dial my house, again dynamic routing.
I find it very unreasonable that it is not regulated as are other telecommunications. Undermining net neutrality will stifle future innovations not increase them.
