Here we go again. This is the THIRD time I have had to write to urge the FCC NOT to kill net neutrality backed by Title 2. The ONLY way we can have a free and open internet is if internet service providers are required to be common carriers, that is, to treat all data the same. I do NOT want the ISP's to be able to slow down or outright block content that they don't like. Why won't they like certain content? Maybe it is critical of the company. Maybe it expresses a political opinion they don't agree with. Or maybe the owner of that content can't afford the ISP's data ransom fee to speed thing up. Maybe Google would slow down your Firefox browser because it's not Google Chrome. The ONLY entities in favor of killing net neutrality are the big corporations who stand to make lots of money by ripping off their customers. Let's not kid ouselves. Companies will do anything they can get away with. If it comes at the expense of their customers, then so be it, if it makes them money.
