I strongly support Net Neutrality rules, backed by the Title II oversight of ISPs. 
It's not anyone's right to restrict the access and flow of information, and it should not be allowed to anyone especially when ISP are also content providers. 
A free Internet is the engine of technological innovation and killing Net Neutrality will cause irreparable damages the the very core of the Web.
