I support net neutrality regulations based on Title 2 guidelines that were voted upon and set into place in 2015. Please do not let the FCC vote to roll back regulations to Title 1. This discussion should not be a recurring issue and net neutrality should be a given. This was supposed to be the 'world wide web.' ISP should only be offering access to the internet and not have the ability to control what is being accessed past that- that is for the consumer to decide. If these big corporations come to have jurisdiction over this should net neutrality fail, my hope is that small, at-home and personal ISP's begin to be the standard in the USA. This is an issue that is larger than United States-based corporations.
