I support net neutrality. The internet should be a public utility, as it was developed with taxpayer funds. Everyone has the right to high speed internet access. It is ubiquitous now, and the best way to gain knowledge. By allowing companies to control network speeds you will further separating the haves from the have-nots by keeping those that cannot afford to pay less access to this knowledge.
