FCC comment Dear FCC: I am writing to give my unswerving support for net neutrality. This ongoing policy has been a boon to our nation and to the world in general. DO NOT change it. This is about freedom and protection of access to information and education, as well as to the cultural and other resources that make our nation a better place. Businesses depend on it, everyone depends on it. We need less monopolizing of the public forums, not more. We need more "haves" and not more "have nots." If there is any change needed to internet governance, it should be to regulate it as a public utility, just as telephone service, the broadcast spectrum, and gas and electric power companies are regulated. It should be like public roads and bridges, open to all users without prejudice or special classes of users. Respectfully, Sam James
