I hereby submit this opinion and order regarding restoring freedom to the internet.  I believe the conclusions against net neutrality have been achieved under duress or compromise.  FCC policies reached in this manner should be nullified until adequate arguments can be adjudicated by the public.  With that said, the internet needs to remain free from tiered or throttled access and protective orders must be put in place to ensure that all Americans have equal access to this resource.

I urge the FCC maintain NET NEUTRALITY for ALL! The internet is now a Public Utility. The Public's access to the Information Highway must not be restricted and put in the hands of corporations.
