As a small business owner who relies on the internet for distribution of educational materials, 
I strongly oppose the plans to eliminate Net Neutrality. It will be impossible for my small business
to complete with larger players. Further, as our educational materials are science-based topics
on health and research, this will have impact on other people have access to quality information. 
Peddlers of nonsense will have much larger budgets to get the word out. This has real consequences
for public health.
