Net neutrality rules are essential to the maintenance of a free and open internet. We have already seen examples of abuses of power that net neutrality rules limit. For example, North Carolina ISP Madison River Communications blocked VoIP services (Vonage) in an attempt to force customers to use their services. This was in 2005, so this is not a new problem. Ajit Pai's former employer, Verizon, was under fire as recently as 2013 for stating that they would be discussing tiered service and preferential treatment of some sites over others if it weren't for the proposed (currently implemented) net neutrality rules. I urge you to please maintain a free and open internet by placing restrictions on service providers. This is not anti-capitalist or anti-business. This is pro-small business and pro-American. Smart regulations are what have made this country grow and thrive. Preventing ISPs from overcharging their customers and content providers is not the same thing as babysitting or nannying. It is just as essential as making sure power companies don't overcharge their customers.
