Please FCC, maintain NET NEUTRALITY!! The internet is now a Public Utility.  We use it to communicate.  We use it to file government forms. We use it to express ourselves.
 The Public's access to information and to one another must not be restricted and put in the hands of corporations.  Information should be free and unresricted!!
