The Acquisition of knowledge is a right. Repealing Title ll is essentially a regression in our culture and our basic rights as American. It will allow gaping loopholes in the rights of the people, and the only point of contention we have to insure these wont be abused is companies like verizon saying they wont. It is my wish as an American that title 2 stays intact. The open internet order mandated in 2015 was the right one.
