98% of these over 22 million comments support Net Neutrality and Title 2, yet the FCC, with a 5 member board, is capable of overturning this law with no discretion. So, I will write this comment in support of Net Neutrality, even in spite of the fact that these beaurocrats minds won't be changed because they feel they owe us nothing but the party line.
