If our ISPs get the right to slow sites down, they can sucsessfully "bully" sites into paying a large sum of money just to get out of the "slow lane". We also have a chance to not be able to access music, videos, or other content without paying outrageous amounts.
Not only would this effect the citzens of the USA, it could also effect the families of the govenment, causing the government to pay more and making us no longer the world's only "super power".
