Do not repeal Net Neutrality. The internet was not built by the large Internet Service Providers, it was built by the US government (aka, the public), and it was set up with equal traffic priorities in mind. The allow ISP's to regulate what traffic can flow through, we would be stifling competition and innovation. If huge, well established companies are allowed to pay money for preferential treatment, then smaller up-and-coming companies will have a much more difficult time competing, or will be priced out entirely. In addition, if companies are forced to begin paying in order to have their traffiic compete with other companies, prices will be passed on to comsumers. No matter how you cut it, this is a bad decision for consumers. And worst of all, it undercuts the basis of what makes the internet wonderful: An open exchange of information, with no gatekeeper to say what can or cannot be communicated.
