FCC Washington DC Docket 17-108 Please do not roll back "network neutrality," and please especially do not do so under the guise of "restoring" internet freedom. With network neutrality everyone has an equal chance to provide content, to consume content, and indeed to communicate via the internet. Internet service providers certainly are free to charge fees based on actual usage, but should not discrimate based on whether their own services are being accessed by the consumer, the ISP's preferred third party is being accessed by the consumer, or whether an unrelated party's service is being accessed.
