Do not allow the Internet providers to throttle my internet access. The days of choice in Internet providers are over. All the small players have been acquired and rolled into the 4 major providers. Internet access is no longer a fringe need and now a necessity. Internet access should be regulated as a primary need like water and power and not controlled by the business desires of these 4 companies. Small companies face enough barriers. The last thing they need is for larger competitors to be able to buy faster delivery speeds that start-ups cannot afford.
