My name is Evan Moses im wrighting in regards to net nutrality, i belive that passing this into law would be a violatation of my first ademnedtment as a citizien of the united states of america. rights giving to me by the constitution,(Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.) and by Title II of the Civil Rights Act of 1964,
i have the right to submit this letter of complant, the right to use;view the interet anyway i want,about anything i want without having my right to view what i want being inpared,delayed by any person or goverment agancey. 
By alowing this new law to pass would be taking away my constitutinal rights to exspress my self in anyway i want, you would be giving big corperation(isps) the right to tell me what i can and can not see on the internet, not the united states goverment or a private compony has the right to take away my rights for any reason. 
if i was to wright a letter discracing comcast for and exsapble and they did not like it they could then block the site or page i posted it too, or  slowed it down so much it would take for ever for it to load. 
giving isps the right to decied what i can and cannot view is that same at telling tv porviders that i can only wacht c-span and not fox 25. 
I do not want this bill to pass it is a dircet violatation my constution rights as a american citizen, and a volation of 300+ million peoples constitution rights
