I strongly oppose any substantive change to the existing Net Neutrality rules enacted in 2015. Clearly, broadband IS a common carrier, and must be regulated as such. For the oligopoly players who have firm control over our daily communications to be able to favor content-providers that they own or partner with is plainly anti-competitive. Rules that would, for instance, enable Comcast to assign more bandwidth to NBC content (which it owns) than to CNN is antithetical to common sense, fairness, and the public interest.
