I wish to express my deep displeasure at moving ISPs to Title 1 from Title 2. The only fair market for internet infrastructure can not be achieved in Title 1 and therefor that option should be essentially non-optional.

Net Neutrality must continue or you are risking destroying the basic fabric of the internet as we currently know it.
