I believe the redaction of Net Neutrality rules will limit consumer choices and allow the Internet Service Providers to control the content based on financial or political motives. Internet access should be treated like the essential Utilities - Power, Gas and Water - and may be charged based on usage. But a provider should not be able to decide the purpose or content of your use. It would be like allowing the Electric company to limit power to your RCA TV because they are paid by Samsung for premium access.

Please do the needful to promote competition and protect the consumer.
