Removing net neutrality is a bad idea. It means that internet access will become confusing and overpriced, just like cable TV. 
The only people who really want this are the providers, and it's not because they want to provide 
"innovations". The only "innovation" is going to be that now they will collect fees on both ends, because they will
force websites to pay to get acccess to their customers.
