I am strongly opposed to FCC chairman Paj’s plan to eliminate net neutrality (more precisely, to do away with the Title II designation of internet services). Title II and net neutrality are essential instruments to ensure equal access to online means of communications. Removing the kind of regulation enforced by net neutrality is going to open the doors to a corporate-controlled internet with fast and slow lanes defined by wealth, which is antithetic to democratic principles.
