DO NOT END NET NEUTRALITY!!! Your arguments in favor of removing broadband internet service from under Title II regulations are uncompelling and not based in the fact or history of ISPs in America. Ending Net Neutrality protections, as proposed in this rule change, will result in an environment where ISPs will throttle, block, or otherwise impair the ability of individuals to consume or promote the data they want to, for whatever purposes the ISP desires. From my understanding, the Internet is used to transfer more data than any other medium in America today, and it has clearly proven to be an extremely important forum for the exchange of political, social, technical, personal, and other types of information. This means that ending Net Neutrality endangers the ability of U.S. citizens to speak freely and promote (or consume) ideas as they wish. The people of the United States clearly use the Internet as a primary (if not the most important) means to exchange information, and people's access to the Internet, without throttling, blocking, or bias from ISPs, is a cornerstone of the free exchange of ideas in this country.
