Net Neutrality is an engine for small and start up businesses.
While innovation is a nascent human capacity shared among the whole of humanity,
modern commercial endeavors and communication depend largely on access to infrastructure owned by a few large corporations.
It would be a disaster to deprive small businesses and individuals the opportunity to participate in the information and communication economy.
We need to keep up the pace of innovation. Please do not suffocate it.
