As a consciencious computer user and regular browser of various sites on the Internet, I would like to request that Title 2 oversight not be reversed or overturned.  I feel, and have felt when this has been attempted before, that this will not have any positive influence on my use of the Internet or anyone elses'.  I don't feel that this is an alarmist reaction, as some ISPs (such as Verizon) have openly admitted that this system that is currently in place is the only thing that has stopped them from manipulating user access to various sites for their own gain.  

I like our net neutrality laws.  It's a regulatory system that helps the common user, and improves my quality of life for existing.  Please don't do anything to remove or limit them.
