As a small business owner, social network researcher and Computer Science PhD student I am reliant on unobstructed and stable access to all corners of the internet.  Net Neutrality is absolutely essential to the efficient and low overhead conduct of both my business and my studies.  Protect small business and support technical education: preserve Net Neutrality.
