I oppose your proposed reversal of the 2015 net neutrality regulations because:<div>1. I do not believe voluntary neutrality by ISPs of internet speeds for content will occur&nbsp;</div><div>2. nor do I feel “transparency” to consumers of speed distortion is sufficient protection to mitigate the harm caused by financially motivated slowing down of competitors’ internet content</div>
