The openness and freedom to access new information, opinions, and ideas is what makes the Internet the powerful force for progress and the potential for unity it is today. I implore the government to protect the people's access to this network and not concentrate the ability to control the network to those who seek only to benefit their own interests, taking advantage of those who will effectively be suppressed in their access to this network.

I am angered by the repetitive attempts to extract this power from the people, yet remain hopeful that the right to uninhibited access to the Internet will be established with your help.
