I request that the board reconsider this act and the intension of reversing Net Neutrality regulations. While this may sound on the surface like "restoring freedom," the reality of this act is that it would only restor freedom to the telecommunication companies to exploit and gouge their customers, making use of the local-government sactioned monopolies they've spent the last several decades building to wring as much money as possible from a captive customer base who have little to no choice in the matter. The assertion that Net Neutrality is halting the growth of internet companies is simply wrong on it's face. One only needs to look at the staggering profits reported by these telecom companies to see that. Further, growth is not in-and-of-itself a good thing. The growth of a company or an industry is only as good as the good it does for society. And the growth repealing Net Neutrality will allow is not the kind of growth we need. In fact, it's exactly the sort of unchecked greed and exploitation whe have spent decades trying to protect the American people from with regulations exactly like this one. Please, do not give these companies the tools they need to line their corporate pockets at the expense of the public. Let them grow and suceed, or sagnate, or even fail on thier own merits, not because they have been given carte blanche to abuse their customers even more so than they do now. Thank you, Ben Milhoan
