I would like to offer my thoughts in the upcoming vote in dismantling Title II restrictions currently in place. I rely on the internet to study courses I'm taking for graduate school. This involves me watching Youtube videos to help me relearn fundamentals. This involves me communicating with colleagues on homework, upcoming exams, and discussion on previous lectures. This involves me reading journal articles to help improve or broaden my understanding on the specific discipline I'm pursuing. This involves me shopping online due to my inability to have time to shop around town. This involves paying bills as in phone, rent, utilities, and other subscriptions. Having this net neutrality removed will hinder our tasks causing a disadvantage to a majority with few in control on our information. This digital source is and should be a common utility as electrictity, public roads, and public information as libraries. Having this title II as is, leaves the power to the people as we contribute on whats popular in respect to data travel. And not letting the few for profit commercial instutions decide whats necessary or needed. Our culture is moving into a digital era and this will be a common necessity to human life. I would like you to reconsider in keeping current rulings in title II and talk to Ajat Pai to reverse his stance and demand not to dismantle these restrictions. Though I'm one citizen, there is one thing I can do is continue to let you know my thoughts and happy you're listening. I can only hope our voices are in sync. Your time and patience is greatly appreciated. Tilly
