To my representatives in the FCC: I am writing to express my opposition to the proposed rules regarding Net Neutrality. Declassifying internet access as a public utility will harm innovation in the market, not help it. Small businesses, and entrepeneurs such as myself will only face more challenges as larger, more established businesses are paying for preferential access. Further, by dismantling Net Neutrality, many Americans will have limited access to what has become a necessary technology for living in and contributing to our society and economy. The proposed rules only benefit telecom providers, many of which are near-monopolies or are the only option available for consumers. Please vote no to continue allowing the internet to be a place where Americans can thrive. Thank you, Joseph Thomas Software engineer, Los Angeles
