I am writing in support of strong net neutrality backed by Title 2 oversight of ISPs.  If the control of Internet content is ceded to Internet Service Providers, the vast amount of knowledge and information and opportunity available on the Internet will only be accessible to those who can afford to pay for it.  This country stands for freedom of speech and freedom of the press, and making the Internet a commodity instead of a utility threatens the very fiber of our democracy.
