The title of your bill is erroneous and misleading - the freedom we have always had is what we want to KEEP.

Net neutrality should be maintained in the interest of small businesses and prevention of censorship by any ISP entity/provider.  Net neutrality also ensures that rural and poor areas receive equal services.
